Swedish Massage
This is a light pressure massage designed to soothe the nerves and calm the senses.
Reiki
This is a hands-on session that works with the energy that flows through and around your body. Reiki is an ancient technique used to clear and balance the chakras and help you release any energetic traumas.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a deep tissue modality. It alleviates sore muscles and breaks up fascial tension deep in the soft tissue layers.
Prenatal Massage
Deep and/or soothing pressure (whichever you need at the present moment) for the expecting mother. Prenatal massage is done in a side lying position.
In this style of massage the Therapist gently moves your body into yoga postures and uses their weight to engage a stretch. Done on a floor mat with clothing on, this modality improves flexibility and range of motion.
Lomi Lomi Massage
Traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of nut oils, aromatherapy, and wavelike motions to restore energy and soothe the body, mind & soul.
Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and shakers. Private and Group sessions available. A perfect addition to your Women’s Circle, Bachelorette Party, etc.
Chair Massage
Chair Massage is a great addition to your next event! Treat your employees, spice up a convention, or pamper your bridesmaids! The possibilities are endless!

After becoming a licensed massage therapist in California in 2017, I’ve grown my healing tool kit to include Crystal Healing, Reiki Healing & Sound Therapies, and Guidance for End of Life Transitions. I focus on whole body health and have helped clients work trough injuries, chronic pain management, traumatic experiences and energetic releases. I’m most passionate about Prenatal Massage & offering Reiki energy and massage healing to the elderly, those who can no longer communicate with words and those preparing to cross over.
